McCann MINE (read as “McCann Mine”) is an internal startup within McCann composed of employees under 35 years old. The name MINE carries two meanings in English: “belonging to me” and “to mine/dig out.” With these dual concepts at its core, McCann MINE conducts original research activities and pursues the discovery of societal insights from new perspectives. McCann MINE aims to transcend individual companies and national borders by fostering cross-company collaboration among all McCann entities in Japan, leveraging our global network, and partnering with universities and other organizations to build a global youth community.
